Sometimes we collect sensitive information about you such as details of your health or any criminal record. When we collect such information we will obtain your specific consent.

There may be occasions when we obtain information about you from a third party such as performance feedback or references from your nominated referees.

Your personal and sensitive information will always be collected by fair and lawful means.

Where and how does PCR Talent store personal information?

Personal information may be gathered when you register with us using our website registration form, or by you sending us an email or fax or when you attend out office for an interview or participate in a telephone interview. Until you register or email us your visit to our web site does not personally identify you.

The information is stored electronically in our candidate database. It may also be printed and stored in our candidate filing system. Procedures are in place to protect the security of these records.

How does PCR Talent use and disclose this information and to whom?

PCR Talent uses this information in a way that is consistent with or directly related to the purpose for which it was collected, to find you suitable employment. PCR Talent will disclose your information to:

  • Potential employers

  • PCR Talent clients who may wish to engage you as a contractor or temporary.

  • Referees.

  • A workers compensation body.

  • Suppliers of Service to PCR Talent.
